- LandLords Inspection
All Landlords have a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Inspection carried out on any accommodation they are renting out. Gas Safety Inspections must be carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered (has replaced CORGI) Engineer.
All Gas appliances such as the Boiler, Gas Cooker and Gas Fire must be inspected along with all connecting Gas pipework.
A Corgi CP12 Form will be provided with the Gas Safety Inspection.
- Warm Air Boiler Service:
Gas Warm Air Boilers require regular servicing. Most Boiler manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months. As with all work on Gas appliances, a Boiler service must only be carried out by a Gas Safe registered (has replaced CORGI) engineer.
- Boiler Breakdown and Repair :
Trinity Gas can repair most types of Gas Boilers including Combi (combination) Boilers.
- Boiler Service:
All Gas Boilers will require a service, most Boiler manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months, this includes modern Combi (combination) Boilers and condensing Boilers. A Boiler that has a regular service is less likely to breakdown and may also be more economical. Trinity Gas will service a wide range of Gas Boilers including Gas Warm Air Boilers.
- Gas Cooker Installation :
All Gas Cookers must be fitted by a Gas Safe registered (has replaced CORGI) Engineer.
- Home Buyer Gas Inspection:
When buying a house or flat it is advisable to have a Gas Safety Inspection carried out on the property. All Gas appliances such as the Boiler, Gas Cooker and Gas Fire should be inspected along with any connecting Gas pipework.
