When buying a house or flat it is advisable to have a gas safety inspection carried out. This inspection is similar to a Landlord certificate gas inspection and a Corgi CP12 form will be supplied. All gas appliances such as gas boiler, gas fire and gas cookers will be inspected along with any connecting gas pipe work. A service can be carried out on the boiler at the same time for a reduced cost.
